SCCC, under the guidance of the department of Awqaf in Sharjah, has launched Al Noor Mosque virtual tour which is one of It’s best efforts to connect people of different cultures.
The mosque virtual tour bookings are highly requested by schools since it’s beginning because It is matching with the current online learning needs of the Students in UAE.
That virtual tour is considered as a substitute for the real tour in consistent with the precautions for the public safety in the current global conditions arising from the covid -19 pandemic.
Through an electronic platform, a tour guide introduces a presentation about Al Noor Mosque fantastic architecture clarified with a panoramic video (360) degrees, Arabic Calligraphy and Mosques Islamic Architecture styles.
In addition, The UAE traditional clothes and Emirati Etiquettes” San’a” are handled in that presentation.
SCCC provides a presentation version special for Schools besides another one for the visitors which are both previously booked during the week working hours except the official holidays.
It is worth noting that Sharjah Centre for cultural communication was opened in 2011 to organize visits to Al Noor Mosque. It is the first Mosque in Sharjah that opens it’s doors to the Non -Muslims residents or tourists in order to connect people of different cultures.
