The Sharjah Centre for Cultural Communication

Sharjah Centre for Cultural is under the guidance of Department of Awqaf.

We comprise of a committee who undertake to develop Sharjah Centre for Cultural Communication – SCCC into its full potential as a non-profit government organization.

SCCC aims to be a leading organization worldwide in connecting people of different cultures through, creating a better understanding among each other along with sharing our UAE national identity and cultural traditions with the expatriate community and visitors of Sharjah. Al Noor mosque is the first mosque in Sharjah to be opened to the general public for guided tours.

The mosque visit includes a brief presentation on the architecture of the mosque, the 5 pillars of Islam and an explanation on the UAE National Culture in English, which will provide an opportunity for guest to ask any questions they may have about the UAE culture.
